My fingers on my right hand tingle on and off. i had tendonitis surgery over a year ago and nothing since until a month ago. can it be related?

Possibly: The most likely cause is a carpal tunnel syndrome and this median nerve entrapment can be related to scarring or inflammation related to the previous surgery. Have the issue evaluated.
