Communicate with GI: If you have been diagnosed with crohn's, you need a good gastroenterologist to reduce flares, avoid systemic consequences, survey for dysplasia, & maintain remission. Control: If your Crohn's is under good control, you shouldn't be having flare-ups. Your doctor might want to rethink your medication regimen to prevent you from getting flare ups in the first place.
