Elbow pain: Is the pain only on the left ? Does it occur with any movement of the arm ? Is it on the inside or outside of the elbow . Typically the elbow gets strained on the outside by either over repetition of the arm ,elbow .or wrist,. Try to focus on when it occurs and decrease either the # of reps or the amount of weight being used.

Ice.: Ice the elbow, for 20 minutes, 3-4 times per day. Take an over the counter anti-inflammatory medication. Stretch all the muscles around the elbow, before and after your workouts.
