Rotator cuff: Rotator Cuff tears can occur traumatically or sometimes be degenerative depending on the age of the patient. Smaller partial thickness tears can sometimes be treated with therapy, injections, and NSAIDS. Full thickness tears are usually managed with surgery to repair the tear depending on the age and activity level of the patient. Consult an Orthopaedic surgeon for a full workup. WilsonShoulder.com
