Interesting: I hadn't heard of the drug, researched it, and don't know why it's not available in the USA. Here's a very brief review: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11336628 The drug appears to be safe and effective. I really am at a loss as to why we don't have it - apparently 80 countries do. Thanks for bringing it to my attention!
