Can't speak for: all your meds. The only ones I see listed are sertraline, atenolol & Nexium (esomeprazole). Only dx I see are hypertension & seasonal allergies. Controlling hypertension is very important - so if meds are needed to control it then so be it. However, can't comment further due to inadequate info.
