I am out of my rescue inhaler for asthma. what can i do to help stop the wheezing , it's mild as of now. i have a mild chest cold with some coughing .

Get inhaler: You need to avoid allergens in the environments which is at times hard ince wheeze occurs you should use rescue inhaler more important you should use controller drug like inhaled steroids esp if you r using controller drug more than twice a week.
