Possible, but: Not a good plan to diagnose with minimal information. Back and movement of arms hurt from inflamed fascia which stretches little nerve endings. So does breathing if the fascia is inflamed. Although pneumonia "could " cause this, You failed to mention exposure, fever, cough, sputum and shortness of breath. Suspect it is traumatic and will resolve with ibuprophen Every 4-6 hrs.
