Many possibilities: Depending on how long you've had each symptom, where you live, family history, the appearance of the rash, the type, duration, and frequency of the pain when you breath etc. There are many possible diagnosis. Some of these are serious and difficult to treat some serious and easy to treat. The presence of night sweats with enlarged lymph nodes plus chest pain means you need to see someone asap.
