Generalized pain: Generalized pain with feeling weak is a very vague symptoms. Needs more information about your symptoms. If it is of short duration could be from some viral syndrome, if it is a chronic symptom needs physical exam and some laboratory testings to arrive at a diagnosis. It could be connective tissue disorder, polymyalgia rheumatica, fibromyalgia, underlying anemia etc.

Ulcers: Most common cause of recurrent mouth ulcers are aphthous ulcers, which are self limiting. Next time ulcers appear have them examined by your Dentist. Recurrent ulcers have many possible causes, but you have to be examined to be properly diagnosed.
