Possibly: I would also be concerned about infection. Why was Botox used? IF there was infection present prior to the Botox injection, then injecting the Botox toxin could have both spread and flared up the underlying infection. Check back with the Doctor. Alternatively see a neurologist.

Not BOTOX allergy: This was probably the first time you had Botox injection. Its been 4 days and you are feeling numbness which is being experienced as swelling. You do not have anaphylaxis or allergic reaction (it doesn't happen 4 days later). You had migraines, so I'm certain you had nausea and dizziness with migraines as well. Why are you on Lisinopril? Your BP may be lowered too much causing lightheadedness.
