I have vision problems every time i get a headache...why would that be besides the inflammation in the back of my eye?

Migraine?: if the vision changes only come with the headache then they could be from an atypical migraine. If you are having them at other times then I would see an ophthalmologist and a neurologist. Otherwise see a neurologist to try to get the headaches under control.
