Possibly migraine : Headache with visual disturbance is likely migrainous related at your age. A comprehensive eye exam will help to reassure that the eyes are healthy and not the cause of the symptoms. As far as your headaches, if the frequency and severity do not allow for a reasonably functional life, I recommend that you see your primary care doctor to assess & treat.
