Unlikely: most lumps in neck are lymph nodes, may be enlarged due to local infections, lymphoma is very rare as compared to local infections. Please see your physician for complete evaluation

Probably cyst: Small movable lumps are more likely benign cysts and not lymphoma. However there is no way to tell this without exam. Please see your doctor and have them check it and check for other possibly enlarged lymph nodes. The doctor may want to do some testing. If they think it is other than a benign cyst they may want to do a biopsy. Do not worry but please see doctor for exam.
