Hemorrhoid.: Sounds like an acute hemorrhoid. Use warm baths or heated rag on your behind several times per day, get an over the counter hydrocortisone / numbing cream, try not to strain your abdomen and absolutely prevent constipation. A non steroidal anti inflammatory agent may help with pain.
