Adam's Apple.: Adam's apple is nothing more than the voice box whose growth is related to changes that occur at puberty through testosterone. As long as other secondary changes of puberty have occurred ( I assume they have since you did not mention them, but did mention the voice box. ) then there is nothing else you can or should do.
