Not sure of question: Vulvar pain from trauma (tear, episiotomy, other causes) can sometimes take a while to resolve. Some times they persist and become chronic leading to a condition called vulvodynia and may need special treatment by your doctor. It may be due to neuropathic pain from abnormal neural activity, due to nerve injury, that persist despite no ongoig disease or acute injury.
