See Your Doctor: From the description there are possibly two separate problems. "Swellings on the head" could have several causes starting with bug bites and much more. The same is true for the rash on "bottom". There is not enough information given fo formulate a cause. Additionally diagnosing skin conditions without visual inspection is challenging. See your doctor for correct diagnosis and treatment.
