Lost filling: If you leave the tooth like that, you will probably eventually lose the tooth. The fractured tooth is open to bacteria, decay formation, and infection. No pain does not mean no problems. Also, it's possible the tooth next to it or opposite it will shift into the empty space.

See a dentist: See a dentist and get the broken tooth treated. If you do not then you are facing pain and infection. It may not hurt you now but it will if it is not taken care of.
