Dupuytrens disease: If recurrent can be resected again, but care must be taken to make sure that the scar is not the culprit as well as recurrent disease. that the patient followed the appropriate post operative protocol and that nn compliance was not a reason for failure. The time frame for recurrence is vital to understand as well as if arthritis is present. see below in comments and ill finish
