Many reasons: possible constipation. You do not nee er, you need a trained physician to investigate other causes of abdominal pain not just appendicitis

GI consultation: 40 days is certainly too long to be experiencing abdominal pain. See a GI specialist and get a CT scan of your abdomen as well as blood testing.

Abd Pain: Multiple other things can cause abdminial pain, not jsut apendicits. Consider hernias, STD's, ulceratvie colitis, and Chorns Disease to name a few things. The best thing woul dbe to get afull physical evalaution done by your regular doctor
