i'm having this shooting muscle pain near my right shoulder blade on my back. it's exacerbated when i turn my neck. anything i can do to relieve pain?

Muscle pain: Brandon, seems like you have a "pulled muscle" which can cause sharp pain when used (turning your head). At your age, it should recover completely. Use heat (like in a hot shower) and stretch. Find rhomboid muscle stretch on youtube or some site and you will be fine. Nothing to worry about if you had no injury or accident and there are no other symptoms.
