See a doctor: how long have you had it? you should have it looked at by a doctor, but the most common thing there is lipoma, which we leave alone if it doesn‘t bother you. However, we never truly know what it is unless we remove it and do a biopsy. If someone tells me it has been present for years, I just leave it alone.
