Needs exam: Eczema is certainly a possibility. A fungal rash is the most likely. If the rash is not responding to your treatment then an exam by a doctor is needed. Check diet: Many times skin conditions are related to diet intake. Eliminate dairy and gluten and see if that doesnt make a difference. You can try coconut oil, shea butter or whatever lotion you like (non perfumed). If it is spreading and bothers you, be seen and have it looked at.
