About how long before an antibiotic will start to make you feel better? is it normal to feel worse before better? today is my 2nd day.

A little longer: Since I don't know what you are on the antibiotic for I can't say exactly. Usually you should give the antibiotic 3-5 days to start helping and lessening of symptoms. If there's no change after 5 days then see your doctor again.
