Why do my fingers on my hands hurt for awhile out of random? i don't know what to do?

Hand pain: Would seek medical attention at doctor /urgent care this week. Could be writer's cramp, carpal tunnel , arthritis or autoimmune disease, neck( cervical )disc disease ( rare at your age ), electrolyte ( potassium ,magnesium, calcium abnormalities) ,thyroid disease. Could try advil/aleve if not allergic for 2-3 days, warm soaks, breaks from repetitive work(,computer) every 45 mi.
