Several: There are several possibilities. A problem in the neck, something affecting the cord, nerve roots, the brachial plexus, or nerve(s) in the arm. Seeing a neurologist or someone experienced in upper extremity nerve problems would good. Some pm+r docs are excellent in that regard, too.
