See below: TSH levels rise when thyroid does not make enough thyroxine or the drug dose is lower than needed. At higher than needed dose of thyroxine, TSH levels becomes low. See this site for more info. http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/003684.htm

Tsh up from 0.01- rapid hrate. Now tsh 3.29 why raise Synthroid (thyroxine) to 112 mcg if tsh level normal on 1/2 112 mcg. Confused? Also, taking Ativan 0.05.
