Elevated TSH: You may have sub-clinical hypothyroidism, meaning slightly elevated TSH without any symptoms. That does not require any treatment. TSH elevated can also be caused by drugs and non-thyroidal diseases. If TSH is persistently elevated and/or symptomatic, please see a doctor for evaluation to include T4 and work-up to rule out other causes.
