Depends : since this is a medicine prescribed only for adhd, it's meant to help with poor focus and, though rare in adults, hyperactivity/impulsivity. So if you plan on mental work that day, don't skip. Also don't skip if your dose is above 30mg/day because the following day could mean side effects such as appetite loss,irritability, headache or poor sleep.
