Not necessarily: If Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) 30 mg is making you "hyper," eg, talking too much/too fast, unable to slow down, don't feel tired, the dose is too high. If this doesn't happen on 10 mg, or when you don't take Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine), it's the stimulant side effects that kick in on too high a dose that make you feel "manic." Review with prescribing doctor and ask about a lower dose. I hope this helps Best wishes.
