Watch: Ganglion cysts are benign, if they don't cause any pain or restriction of movement, nothing needs to be done. Sometimes taking the fluid out and injecting the cyst with steroids will help the pain resolve and make it smaller. Recommend you see a sports medicine doctor or your primary care doctor for further evaluation and treatment.
