every time there is a fan on. i get blocked nose. only in spring season. if i use spray it start burning and might get sneezing a lot.plz any solution?

Cool mist humidifier: A common cause of congestion during spring and summer months (since it is now nearly spring to our Southern Hemisphere friends) is dry air. Fans dry out your nasal mucosa, leading to congestion. Try a saline nasal spray every few hours, to keep the mucosa moist. Hope this helps!
