A member asked:

I've stopped smoking today and i have a nicotine test next tuesday i smoke frequently before will i pass the test ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not likely: oral swabs stay positive for the longest of the body fluids, and generally become negative before one week. Blood and urine are generally negative after 3-4 days. Congrats on stopping smoking, and I hope it isn't JUST for the test but for your health. It's one of the best decisions any smoker can make!! Good luck.
