Biting Cheek: Your tongue and cheek tend to expand into empty spaces. In this case, they are now occupying where your extracted teeth used to be. Have a conversation with your dental professional about your options on replacing missing teeth. Also, removal of upper wisdom teeth may be helpful. Hope this helps!

Upper and lower?: Usually cheek biting occurs between the back upper and lower wisdom tooth, did you have the tooth in the opposing arch? See an oral surgeon for the most expert advice about wisdom teeth.
