Modern Medicine: The annual physical is becoming very old fashioned medicine. Many of us base the annual physical to the age and medical history of a patient. At age 25 there would be very little needed to be examined, especially if combined with a blood test. In fact, certain parts of a physical are now considered unethical if you are under 40. One does not get naked as much in modern medicine.
