See below: I don't know all that much about cricket but I have seen videos and it appears that the pitcher has a pretty violent overhead motion. This would put significant strain on the rotator cuff muscles. The first thing to do is to be evaluated by either an orthopedist or physiatrist , get a good physical exam and then testing as needed. Once the diagnosis is made, treatment can follow.
