Stretch: Frozen shoulder is diagnosed when your passive range of motion (someone else moving your arm) is less than it is on the other side. This should be treated with primarily stretching to regain range of motion. This will help it to resolve on its own. If it is early in the process and you have pain at night a cortisone shot in the glenohumeral joint may helpful in addition to stretching.

Therapy : Or see your shoulder specialist for an injection. If these fail you could be a candidate for surgery.
