Good afternoon, i suspect that i might have quite a serious slap tear or brakial tear in my right shoulder that resulted from playing touch rugby league, and with playing cricket it seems to get worse. i have lost pretty much all throwing power.

Shoulder pain: If this is not improved with rest and non steroidal medications (ibuprofen, acetaminophen/paracetamol), an evaluation by an orthopedic surgeon would be the next step.
