Pressure in cheeks: More likely you have sinusitis/ allergies. Consider zyrtec (cetirizine) ( if not allergic).Possibly is toothache, rarer includes conditions like glaucoma ( can get it checked at a lenscrafters. hour eyes any optometist). Tumor is rare. Presents with headache on waking and may be associated with nausea, vomiting, visual disturbance. See doctor/urgent care this week,see one today if visual/ dental issue
