There : There are a few options when it comes to treating fine lines around the lips like you describe: 1. Injectible skin filler: a filler such as Restylane (dermal fillers) or juvederm can be injected in the skin in the area where the lines are to improve volume loss that may be occurring there. This volume loss is a common component to what is leading to the fine lines to begin with. 2. Skin resurfacing: treatments such as a chemical peel, laser resurfacing or dermabrasion can be done to the skin. The idea with this treatment is to remove some of the outer layers of skin to then have a new, fresher layer reform in its place.

Another : Another option for reducing fine lines would be tretinoin, which is commonly know as retin-a, renova, or refissa. This medication can be helpful to improve the texture/fine lines of sun damaged or aging skin.
