The area around my lips and my lip are always dry, cracked and peeling. i exfoliant and put vitamin e oil, petroleum jelly, and cream but it no work.

You probably: need a prescription medicine and sunscreen for lips. the topicals you are putting on can actually attract sun and make condition worse. Oral vitamin E will help more. see dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment options
