Stress: Hi, i really do have many suggestions about helping stress. I believe the most important aspect to evaluate is the "degree" of stress you are in. If a person is in a great amount of stress-considering harming herself or others; call 9-1-1 or a crisis hotline. If the amount of stress doesn't need immediate action, talking with good friends, a therapist, is a good place to start. Exercise can help.
