Anxiety a problem: Your anxiety is quite severe judging from your questions. If your fever from the mono is still present it can increase the heart rate. But your own adrenaline pumping will keep it elevated. You may need more than behavioral therapy to control your anxiety. Please check with your therapist or doctor for proper medication treatment.
