Anxiety relief: We all get over-wound with stress sometimes, and gentle, soothing self-care can help a lot. Too much caffeine, nicotine & processed sugary foods, and not enough exercise, sunlight, sleep & quiet time to take care of ourselves can all trigger anxiety. Try listening to music you love or playing a video game to engage other parts of your brain. If none of this works, ask your family doc for help.
