I have many squiggly vessels in both my eyes. some of them join up. one of the vessel really long and going in a straight line. is this permanent?

Doubt it: You'll need to see you ophthalmologist to get a better idea of why those vessels are so prominent. Might be allergies, dry eyes, or an inflammatory condition that may need treatment. It's probably not serious, but best to check.
