Possible: It's possible but it can also be atrial fibrillation which is an irregular fast heart beat. If your heart rate is that high go to an ER.

No: You very likely have atrial fibrillation. This is not life-threatening but requires attention. If you've never had this before, visiting the emergency room now would be appropriate.
