Team approach: You are suffering quite a bit, especially if you cannot sleep. What is your Ht, Wt? What RX, therapies, physical therapy have you tried? Pain mainly in your hips? Does this run in your family? Can't take meds like ibuprofen & naproxen since you are on Pepcid (famotidine)? Chronic pain creates risk of narcotic addiction too. Team approach: primary physician, pain management, ortho, psychol, Physical therapist.
