Adult needs 7-8 hours of sleep for 24 hours. If you get up early after 5 hours of sleep and you can't go back to sleep but you have been taking naps for a total of 2 or more during daytime then you have enough sleep. If you want to sleep more at night you have to stop napping. You can start with behavior therapy for sleep disorder. Your current medications are less likely the cause. Take care.
