Rest Coccyx: 1.Make sure you are sitting on a doughnut pillow to relieve pressure 2. Nsaids for 8 weeks 3. Sitz baths Could try acupuncture and or manipulation under trained practiioner Above for acute Coccygodynia (up to 2 months) If pain lasts greater than 2 months needs additional workup
